Why do you keep repeating this when BRAD was the one to make the business deal personal? That's exactly why the judge gave her ALL of her discovery requests over his correspondences.
Jolie is the one who made the wine dispute personal. She has used the case to attempt to re-litigate her abuse allegations for the millionth time. The only relevant legal question is whether they had a contract not to sell their shares without the other’s approval and whether Jolie breached the contract.
Was Angelina the one who mentioned the abuse and left their deal only to try and change the terms? That was BRAD. They have to decide if he was negotiating in good faith or not. The judge already made her decision that the abuse and his communications are relevant based on HIS actions.
We have no idea what he asked in the NDA. Seems NDA’s are done a lot especially with those two.
The NDA was a standard NDA that stated that no one involved with the sale would publicly disparage each other or the property. Angelina supposedly claimed this boilerplate NDA was unconscionable in order to get out of the sale, because she wanted to sell to Stoli for more money and to hurt Brad.
He changed the NDA terms after leaving the deal and cited leaving because she filed the papers about abuse. Why didn't he change it back?

Brad has successfully used his power and his privilege to cover up his conduct at his family’s expense, to punish Angelina for leaving, and even to attempt to paint her as the reason why his relationship is so challenging with the children," says the source.
"Angelina hopes the finalization of their divorce will enable him to move on, stop attacking her, and instead help heal their family," the source adds.
She’s a wealthy actress who has immense power and privilege, which she has used to constantly smear her ex-husband, attempt to get law enforcement to prosecute him, and essentially strip him of custody of his children. Brad sticking up for his own interests is “punishing” her in her self-absorbed mind. She has launched constant attacks in Brad from the minute she filed for divorce, leaking information about the plane incident to the tabloids, yet expects us to believe Brad is the one attacking her. He’s the one who has tried to conduct civil proceedings while she has gone scorched earth.
On Dec. 30, a Jolie source added: "Sadly, until he drops his lawsuit, this family will not have the peace and healing they so very much desire and deserve." Still, "Until he ends the Miraval lawsuit, Angelina will continue to stand up to him," says the source.
She sold the winery to a business partner whom she knew he didn’t want. Yet, she portrays herself as a victim, when it was her actions that created the multiple current lawsuits concerning Miraval. She believes she is entitled to have the lawsuit against her dropped and tries to make a business dispute personal.
If this is how she portrays herself I’m public, I can’t imagine how exhausting dealing with her in private is. She is incapable of self-reflection and takes no responsibility for anything at all. She could have avoided this mess entirely if she had left a married man alone on set. What did she expect- to build a happily ever after with a man who demonstrated to her that he doesn’t respect his wife? Their messy affair was always going to spectacularly blow up eventually. And she expects the public to sympathize with her when she did everything possible to gloat about and flaunt the affair without any concern for Jennifer’s feelings? She’s a nasty piece of work who is the architect of her own misery.
Well to be fair, so is he.
Karma came back and bit him hard
