I would imagine those ads run in Arab areas had a major impact and cost her the election
I don't think Muslims are idiots. I doubt they based their vote on some nonsense ad like that.

They made their bed, now they need to sleep in it. If they don't like it they need to think about better coalition building and tamping down the toxic BS of pro-Gaza protesters vandalizing statues of historic figures who don't even have anything to do with Gaza.
I feel very very sorry for the people of Gaza. America has let them down. The people of Dearborn let them down as well.
Harris was going to do let the aggression continue. So nothing lost.
Everyone is! There will never be peace in the Middle East. They all hate each other and vow the destruction of each other.
That's actually not true, but the military industrial complex and violent Zionists want you to believe it's true.

Nothing lost THERE. But everything lost HERE. All those votes did was increase the number of people who suffer to include millions of Americans.

Did you just assume an entire culture of people are Democrats? You're what's wrong ya dummy.Anonymous wrote:That's the outcome that is most perplexing to me. The explanation being given by the talking heads is that they were unhappy with the Biden administrations support of Israel. But they obviously realize that a Trump administration would be just as supportive of Israel. I would assume that they would go with the candidate who belongs to a party that has a significant faction of people opposed to supporting Israel, which is non-existent in the Republican party. Can anyone help me make sense of this?

If you have parents / grandparents / siblings there or hold dual citizenship, the line between her and there is almost invisible as far as the turmoil overseas.
And voting for Stein did nothing to help them. Just added to the global body count.

Explain your dogged belief against all available evidence that Harris will be good for Gaza.
Explain how you think Biden constrained Israel in any way.
He's made it clear that neither forced starvation nor the physical displacement of people out of Gaza is acceptable. He also sanctioned a bunch of settlers.
Those are the things that are now on the table. Things that we know that members of the Israeli Government have written plans to enact. That's what you voted for. But you sure showed them.
By the way, Trump is the guy that recognized East Jerusalem and the Golan as Israeli territory.
I'm a Democrat but he did no such thing.
Yes, he did. He even tried building a floating pier.

The Middle Eastern community of SE MI is not a monolith, though.
I am from there, family still lives there. FWIW Most of the Lebanese I knew there were Christian not Muslim.
They have voted D and are became tired of not being heard. Ditto many of my Black neighbors. When are the Ds going to wake up? They are looking for someone who at least sees them even if they don’t help them. They are sending a message.
Joke is on them. Magas don't care about them
Are you on your 7th glass of yellowtail? Chill out, babe - I’m a woman and a Democratic voter and this is gaining you nothing. None of PP’s family care what you think, because they know they don’t get the ear of our party except for the week before the presidential election
