Any club will teach your child something about volleyball. At the end of the season you will look back and I guarantee that you will see progress. What really matters is the coach and the team. With a good coach and a more advanced team, your DD will have better quality touches at each practice and she will do better in tournaments. This will result in more progress. With a mediocre coach or a beginner team, the ball will hit the floor more often bot during practice and during tournaments. This will result in less progress. Try to make the best team you can as early as possible because the gaps increase every year.
There are clubs that are better than Platform, but the question is whether your DD can make any of them. A beginner at 10U level will have different opportunities than a beginner at the 14U level. You can hope to make a really good club (like MVSA) if you start playing at 10, while you may not have any options better than Platform if you start playing at 14.
