I assume you are stating that Trayon White can rely on jury nullification to avoid a conviction, and that this possibility exists for reasons of racial identity. While the possibility of nullification exists, given that the allegations of bribery are not complicated and contrary to what is expected of a public servant, this is a high risk strategy.
