Yes, she makes a practice of repeatedly asking for information in hopes of a gotcha moment. It would be interesting to find out how many requests she has made. She previously got material in error and published it. She is a wart on Fairfax County.

Who does this person think she is? That she can publish information about other people's children? If I knew where she lived or where to find her I would very definitely send her a letter. So someone made a mistake they were probably tired and exhausted after being over worked and under appreciated.

This is the type of person that will never understand how others feel because she is too caught up in her own importance. I am just crossing my fingers that my child never finds this out.


It was an overworked and underappreciated paralegal and IT expert who gave her the info.


If this person gave private information out in response to a FOIA request they are no “expert.” Shame on FCPS for running such a loose ship.

They did not. I have two children and only received a letter for one. Like an earlier poster, my child had mental health issues during the time in question. Also like that poster, I desperately hope my child will not find out what this horrible woman shared and posted. It has taken years for her to get back to a good place. If any child comes to real and actual harm from this civil rights violation that witch should be held financially liable.

That’s her website, not exactly an unbiased source. I have no problem believing she may still have data no matter what she posted there.

AFAIK my child did not have an IEP, 504, or anything else related to mental health or academic support needs, so I'm at a loss as to why their name would be on the list and would like to know what the info is.


I wouldn’t. Fcps will give you way more data than you request.
