Sounds like Sophie’s friends have had it. New tmz article stating he pressured her to go to publicity events for him when she was having a difficult time last year.

He’s probably just striking first to prevent her from being able to take them out of the country.

If something bad is coming out that would cause Sophie to divorce him, then this "strike first" approach is probably a defensive play to get the court to stop her from taking the kids out of the country.

Yes, obviously. The ridiculousness of taking a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old out to breakfast just days after filing for divorce, when you are an extremely public person and you know paparazzi will be there (let's get real, Joe's PR tipped them off), is too much. I feel really bad for those kids and I hope if he does go nuclear on Sophie in the custody determination, that her lawyer pulls this out as evidence of how he is using his very young children to score points in the press. It's disgusting.
