They were wrong to find standing in this case. Pelosi never said anything about that. Law 101, there must be standing to sue before the merits of a case are considered.

Missouri did have standing. The program “cut into Mohela’s revenue, impairing its effort to aid Missouri college students…This acknowledged harm to Mohela in the performance of its public function is necessarily a direct injury to Missouri itself.”
