Appears he has been behind with payments owing $11,410.76. All the customers, employees, vendors, subcontractors, and landlords should feel good that he was able to make a $3,300 payment on Feb 9, a week before submission of the Optimum Construction filing and weeks after notifying customers of the intent to file for bankruptcy. …all information comes from publicly available documents and information … for information only no intent to harm …nothing to see here
Appears Euro Germantown
http://www.eurogermantownmercedes.com is no longer involved with Grip
http://www.gripinc.com No longer listed as a sponsor and no longer referenced for upcoming events. Suspect when Mercedes Financial Services has to come after two cars sold by the dealership because of default on the payments they may frown on involvement with the same person you are chasing to get the cars back. Looks like other sponsors are gone too. Cutting ties with people that are the focus of state and federal investigations is not a surprise.
