Jeff and Mackenzie glowed up for sure but by all counts Lauren was always into makeup and clothes and looks, so it likely isn't exhausting to her it's just what she does.

Look I do not LIKE her plastic surgery but a lot of people have wrecked their faces with fillers without being mentally ill. And plenty of them have loving relationships, even though you think that they should be denied companionship based on your disapproval of their appearance.
