I really liked the green for something different! There are photos of the event online and other women were wearing relatively unusual shades of green, not just Kate. I thought it was very fun for a change and enjoyed seeing the various ladies’ choices.
I am not a Kate fan but I take a perverse joy in how bad she is at dressing herself. She’s up there with Ivanka for “really? That? Those pieces together? You’re gonna style it like… well, okay.” I love the dress but hate it on her because it fits poorly, but it’s so bad I LOVE IT. If that makes any sense.

Cut her hair! No way. I think it should be a tad longer, as it was not too long ago. Cutting hair as you age is totally old fashioned.

I hope they don't have daughters.
So, because we admire a woman who is dignified, articulate, compassionate - AND a fashion icon - we shouldn't have daughters? Meanwhile, let me guess - you idolize the Kim Kardashians of the world. Sorry, I'd be thrilled if my daughter was more Kate Middleton than Kim K - any day of the week.
This x1000.
You two are ridiculous. No one. Not one single pp said anything remotely suggesting wanting anything about KK. But please, continue your fantasy.

She is an icon.
I completely agree. She is divine.
This fangirling in a grown woman is just embarrassing.
This. What has that woman accomplished? She waited around a decade for a man and then had three kids. What did she do in that time? She's completely mute and bland. So disgustingly regressive.

It's the same reason that there was a green carpet at the event instead of a red carpet. I mean, too bad the greens clashed, but she wore it for a reason, friends.
Of course she did. We’re just saying she could have picked a better green dress.
np who also liked the green dress. Of course she could have chosen an emerald green, she chooses emerald green all the time. She does not get many opportunities to wear something more playful or youthful. I am very glad she wore this fun, surprising dress.
I agree.
