I think Amy already had done all the paperwork and met with an attorney and likely dropped the bombshell “I’m not happy with the divorce papers”.
While Amy and TJ had this plan in the works for many months prior (they have been boning for at least 15 months now), I believe they’re respective spouses were blindsided.
It goes along with how quickly the divorce is proceeding.

Really trying to get viewership/ratings up! Pretty desperate.
They are so gross and cocky about it. I don't know any decent person who home-wrecked their families that would be out there happily smiling and flaunting their affair. Really crass people.

Nobody even knows who these bozos are, why would it be front page news everywhere? Why would they have paparazzi following them for weeks and months on end? Doesn’t feel genuine because it isn’t. Publicly stunt to boost ratings of a dumb morning show watched by unemployed people.
Or one of the spouses hired a PI and leaked it, maybe even got some $ out of doing so! I hope!!
Oh, bull. Nobody does this to leak it and hurt the family, you do it for the divorce settlement. This was all fake and choreographed for weeks (if not months). This is a well-oiled viral marketing stunt and you're all dopes for falling for something so obviously fake.
Wouldn't you hold onto it and threaten to leak it to leverage the settlement?? What good is it when it's all over the internet/air waves?
