There was a press conference four hours ago. Check the SFPD’s face page.
I’m asking for a police report.
Call the PIO and demand a copy. They’ll surely mske it a priority.,

I mean he’s alone with Mr. Pelosi yet he stopped? Glad he did but unless he was stopped, something stopped him. Screams might have woken him from his stupor?
I’m glad he will recover fully, but a hammer is a pretty heavy blunt instrument and when hit in the head with it, even a small blow will do serious damage. Was he taken into surgery with a broken skull, etc?
I’d like more details.
The police showed up.
Usually that takes 5-15 minutes tho.

The political fanatics are usually mentally ill as well.

If that's the case, this is really serious. Brain swelling has a high rate of fatality and permanent damage to cognition.
Poor Speaker Pelosi and her family going through this. What a nightmare.
The man is 82 years old. No idea whether he was in good health. But brain surgery is dicey under any circumstances. No wonder the perpetrator has been charged with attempted murder. This is appalling and inexcusable for any politician to egg on violence of this sort.
When oh when will the roosters come home to roost!
