Thanks for the info. I think we can be pretty certain that any of these candidates would be happy to provide the deciding vote in favor of Graham’s bill. It’s all on the line now. Elections have consequences.

Rather disingenuously, he wants Wisconsin voters to decide via referendum, but Wisconsin cannot change laws with a statewide referendum, and Wisconsin’s gerrymandered Republican legislature would need to approve a referendum on a constitutional amendment and they would never do that.

Oz hasn’t really answered the question.

Graham's bill would have prevented Chrissy Teigen from ending her life-threatening, doomed 20 week pregnancy, when her baby had no chance of living, but did have a chance of killing her if she didn't induce pre-viability, aka have an abortion.

Only in states that allow abortions. How many states are we up to now that either have a total abortion ban or ban it after 6 weeks (c. 4 weeks post-conception)? This bill would NOT legalize abortion until 13 weeks in those states.

Tie a rider onto the bill so that if a woman who is the victim of rape or incest gets pregnant, and is not allowed to get an abortion, then the man who impregnated her gets a forced vasectomy so that he cannot impregnate another woman again. Since rape and incest are crimes in most jurisdictions, this can be added to sentencing rules.
