We could have use the luxury hotel money on our own teachers. This country despise teaching and insult teachers with rock bottom pay, but want eligible and diligent people to fill the positions and stay.

That's exactly what's happening! Teachers everywhere are quitting because this job has become demoralizing and impossible. This absolutely will bring about change because parents, local governments, etc., will finally realize the worth of a teacher. Sometimes it just takes losing something to realize how valuable it was all along.

Uh, we ARE quitting in case you hadn’t noticed. And yet WE are still the bad guys in your eyes.
But yeah it’s gonna be great for your kids when their new Algebra teacher is a guy with anger issues who got fired from his last 2 jobs for making sexual comments to his coworkers.
