If you have time, my question is this please: My mother recently passed away after a brief illness. I feel so incredibly sad and lost. Did she know how much I loved her?
Hello. I am so very sorry for your loss. I lost my mother 12 years ago and I still miss her.
I pulled some oracle cards for you. The first two are YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH and A NEW START IS COMING (the new moon). I feel like that sense of loss may be tied in with how close you were to your mother. You need to know that you are strong enough to weather this storm. With the new moon card, I feel that by the next new moon, you will feel more settled in this new life. Because that is really what is happening. The loss of your mom has forced unexpected change in your life and right now, it's almost like shock. I think you will feel more grounded in a month or so. That said, grieving is a process and a roller coaster, so for you to feel fully settled in this new life will definitely take longer.
I pulled three more oracle cards from a different deck and got REFLECTION, INNOCENCE, and UNION. You need to make sure that you reflect back on the happy times that you spent with your mom and by doing that, you keep her alive. She is always with you and will always be with you.
I pulled the last two cards from another deck and got COMMUNITY and SACRED SPACE. I feel like your community of friends and family are going to be a bit support for you right now. Know you don't have to go through this alone. It may help to find a group of other people going through a similar situation. It can feel like you are all alone in your grief but it can be extremely comforting when you have the support of other people who are in the same place. You can all help each other. As for the SACRED SPACE card, I was hoping this would show up. Find a space in your house and create a small alter of sorts. Put photos of your mom, objects that remind you of her, etc. Use that space to talk to her. Write her letters letting her know how you feel and place them there. Whenever you are down go there and be with her. I promise you that she knows how much you love her.
I send you big, big, virtual hugs.

Is it worth it to keep applying to jobs? Will I ever get another opportunity? What am I doing wrong? What direction should I be going in? Why doesn't it dawn on my employer that they should offer to pay me more?
Hey there! I do want to do a reading for you and answer everything you may have, but there are too many questions for me to answer on here. There is the option to email me for a 10 minute in depth reading (still free, you receive an audio, email is in the original post) or if you wouldn't mind limiting it to just one or two.
Thank you! Sorry for so many questions! How about, is it worth it to keep applying for jobs? What direction should I be going on? Thanks!
Hello! In regards to if it's worth it to keep applying for jobs, I got the Ace of Cups and the King of Wands. The Ace of Cups suggests a new opportunity coming in and the King suggests taking a leadership role. It feels like should you keep applying, you will have a new opportunity come in that will allow you to take on a role that provides you with healthy challenges.
I asked what if they stay where they are and pulled the 4 of Cups in reverse and the Knight of Cups. The 4 suggests you being stuck and the Knight suggests offers or new projects. So if you are currently feeling stuck in your situation, a new project could come in helping break up that routine.
I pulled two final cards. I asked what is the outcome of the Ace and King and pulled the 7 of Swords. I asked the outcome for the 4 of Cups and Knight and pulled the 8 of wands.
So should you take this new offer that offers you a leadership role, the offer may look better than it is. Sort of a bait and switch. The 7 of Swords is suggesting trickery and I feel like you may regret taking that offer in the end. However, should you stay where you are (4 of Cups and Knight of Cups), there may be upward movement in the future. This is suggested by the 8 of Wands and the Knight as well.
I think you should pause the job search and give it a bit more time where you are. If in a month or two nothing is changing, start the search again. Should you choose to keep looking and applying, if you are indeed given an offer, make sure you think through if that is really what you want to do. Perhaps talking to your higher ups in your current job and letting it be known you want to take on something new may be what you need.
Thanks so much for your reading! Someone just approached me today initiating a discussion of a possible offer. Now I'm not sure what to do and wondering if it would turn out to be the "bait and switch" offer referenced in this reading!
This is where your intuition is going to come in. By bait and switch I meant that it may look really good when offered to you, but once you get there, it's kind of like "I can't believe I left my old job for this". The package is prettier than the gift. So, I would suggest you do some research into exactly what you will be doing with this new offer. Find out EXACTLY what that entails and ask questions. If it feels good in your gut, then go with it. I pulled a quick Oracle card for you and it says HOLD YOUR VISION. So is this job offer what you envisioned for yourself? Do you feel it will change your work habits and help your overall wellbeing in regards to your work environment? The cards can be used as guidance, but you have every answer you need within you. Trust yourself! If you have another specific question, I can pull again for you.

Hello! I really appreciate your patience with me. I just tried 3 times to pull cards and for some reason, I cannot connect with this reading. Do you know anyone in his family that you can ask if he is okay or that everyone in his family is okay? I will say if you find out that everything is alright in his world (through family or social media), that truly is all that you need to know.
How about this. For now, try to work on yourself and not focusing on him. Give it a week or so and see what you find out. Come back, ask a new question and I will try again. I really am sorry and I am unsure as to why I am having difficulty reading into your situation.
Thank you for the attempted reading. He doesn't have social media so it's difficult to keep track of him. No facebook either. Does not being able to pull cards mean that he could need help?

Any advice for me? I have huge troubles opening up to people and I'm basically friendless. I'm trying to change this, I realized how isolated I've become especially during covid where I didn't speak to anyone for weeks.I have this overwhelming feeling that I'm bothering people if I talk to them and I shouldn't make a nuisance of myself because I'm not worth talking to. This has been a problem since I was young. Obviously big self esteem issues... Any insight and advice?
