LOL the arena is fine. I was there for Madonna and the arena has great sight lines, good amenities, is well-ventilated, and is clean & well managed. I'm not even sure what needs to be upgraded - maybe some mechanicals? MSG in NYC is in much worse condition, imho.

Schwalb's letter last week was the TKO punch, after Ted was getting dozens of body blows from Bowser and Louise Lucas. Like a good little doggy, he came back to mommy and will extend the lease to 20250 for the original offer.

But honestly, every single player in this plan failed miserably. JBG, Youngkin, Leonsis, and the mayor (and current city council). They're all equally terrible and embarrassing. Such a waste of everyone's time and money. I'd love to see a FOIA of how much money was wasted just trying to piece together this marginally half assed plan.

And will you be voting for the council members who so enthusiastically supported this? They all supported it BTW, eagerly maneuvering for their photo op. Their flip flopping now that it was safe to is laughable.
