Wasn't there a SB member who claimed to be a "voice for the voiceless?"

According to a search, Ryan McElveen used that exact phrase at some point.
He may well abstain or vote against the Skyview-related boundary changes, but it won't matter. He's in the minority bloc that gets outvoted by the ruling junta that typically goes along with whatever Reid wants and includes Seema Dixit, Sandy Anderson, Robyn Lady, Kyle McDaniel, Karl Frisch, Marcia St John-Cunning, and Tom Dannan.
Actually, the Skyview boundaries make sense--except that IMHO it should have been Crossfield rather than Fox Mill because of the proximity issue. But, Fox Mill is very close to Skyview, as well. It's just that it is also close to South Lakes and Crossfield is not close to Oakton--no matter what the claim is by some.
What does not make sense is the Walney area being exempt when it is exactly halfway between schools and some already go to Cub Run.
I have no idea what makes sense from Centreville, but I do know that it does not make sense to take the closest neighborhood to Centreville and one of the poorest and send it to Westfield.
However, and I guess I am beating a dead horse, I cannot fathom how they could send Chantilly Mews to Westfield. This may be the worst decision in this whole process.

She changed her name to " Sully".
No. She is claiming her lifelong nickname has always been “Sully” even though she’s never actually referred to herself as Sully before she decided to run for the Sully District school board seat. It’s so cringe.
That’s so embarrassing for her.

It depends on who you think your supporters are. If you think your middle class neighbors in Little Rocky Run are happy to get rid of the low income kids, you don't say anything.
You're right but how is that different from what Seema Dixit is doing?
