I wouldn’t have gotten this one because I never use this term, but when he corrects himself at the end you can see that “nurseries” (ie, daycare centers) became “nursing homes.”

It’s like how the Iran War is now an “excursion” because he meant to say “incursion” but is now doubling down. Or how people seeking asylum from other countries became “they’re from asylums!”
