Subject: VHSL Girls Lacrosse 2025
Our program has both good boys and girls team and girls were playing the 5-5:30 game every doubleheader. Finally said Mr AD have you ever heard of title IX? Schedule now equal on time games are played alternating

If not, the Patriot District would be committing a major Title IX violation and open themselves up to legal issues as the law requires boys and girls to be treated the same. So the girls can't be shipped off to an unequal field if the boys get the main field.

What, FCPS slappies creating legal jeopardy for themselves? I don't believe it! The whole Hayfield football situation showed that incompetence reigns supreme in FCPS. It wouldn't surprise me that they do something this dumb and shortchange the girls.
