Are there signs of heat stroke that would show up on an autopsy?

Can they just announce it already?? It was clearly not heat stroke.

The National Park Service has their own investigative unit. Not sure if/how they partner with the FBI.

Agreed. They’d have to narrow down who planned it, was it a joint decision, what killed them and how it all went down - in what order.

I still don’t buy heat stroke. No two bodies are going to react the same exact way. Those temperatures are unpleasant and I would have passed on the hike, but it is still a dry heat. People are out in DC doing work/exercise every summer in worse conditions.
