They are the daughters of the guy who was killed during the Trump rally. So, in fairness to the Trump admin (not that it deserves any fairness but w/e) they are not professionals who would know how to dress.
I will refrain from further negative comment considering their father died tragically.

I believe she’s the widow of the man who was killed at the Trump rally. Trump said they were HS sweethearts so she must be about 50.
Maybe she’s one of their kids? Either way, the camera was on her when Trump talked about the man who died.

or FFS call Nordstrom and bring some things over. They will even tailor and deliver. At this point Stich Fix might even be better. I think she's cute and petite and would love for her to wear a fitted suit or some cute conservative dresses (and I hate her choice in husbands).
If I were a rich petite political wife I would cue up all the dresses from Veep and just tell someone to find me half dozen of those. I know it’s a few years past but those looks were so classic I think you could pull them and still look fabulous. Whoever did costuming for that show did an amazing job.
