When kids are already stressed out to the max and feel that missing a session would be the end of it all, they now have to sacrifice HS soccer for it (the only place that seems to treat them with a modicum of respect these days). (By the way, all other respectful clubs (VDA, NVA) have their HS sessions on weekends). I don't need to say no more...

100% The older group had it so late in the evening as well. Doubling up school HS Training and club try out same nights! AND the possibility of being cut! SHIT SHOW!!!
Give it a break. Clubs don’t give a crap about HS sports and, IMO, shouldn’t. Club sports is what gets you into college for soccer.

Really, it's high school soccer; no one cares. High school soccer is a rec game at best.
Maybe, but right now, in the middle of that shit show, it's the only sure thing my kid has when it comes to soccer.

Promotion for him and his career and CW and LW and the BOD went along for the rid. If things do not work out he'll just go to another club. Most importantly though is there a parent out there who's DD likes playing for him? I have not met one people just put up with him.
Why do you think that the girls were up to the clubs? That makes no sense. It was all or nothing. ECNL does not want clubs without both a boys and girls side.
