She did threaten her with a (butter) knife during one of her tantrums last season. However, as bad as that was, it has nothing to do with Monique attacking her this season. The two incidents are completely unrelated. I could see if Ashley gave a statement on Monique’s behalf, attesting to her character, parenting skills, etc. But the butter knife incident should be left out of this.
Side note - as bad as what Monique did was, I have to roll my eyes at how dramatic Candiace keeps making it. She makes it sound like she went through something life-altering. Give me a break. Monique did attack her, but it was pretty much just pulling her hair. Painful, I’m sure, but it’s not like she was “injured.”![]()
It is related, it’s a character statement about Candiace and supports Candiace’s own violent history. Didn’t Monique file charges based on Candiace throwing the glass in Monique’s face?
I hope at the reunion they address Gizelle shoving Monique in the beginning which set her off to then grab Candiace.
What are you talking about? I think Monique has found this thread. None of what you wrote ever happened. No one threw a glass at Monique. When she lunged at Candiace, the table flipped and a drink spilled on her. Gizelle didn’t shove anyone. Nice spin.![]()
Wow, you really didn’t watch the show did you? You’re free to google, but pretty much every article comments that Gizele shoves/pushes/moves Monique which is what set her off to grab Candiace since she thought Candiace did it.

Oh, hi again, Monique. Yes, we all watched the show and saw you attack Candiace and pull on her hair with a death grip. If Gizelle touched you, it was simply to get you to back up and calm down. Trust you to use that as an excuse to start swinging at Candiace.
What you need to do, and what is grossly overdue, is to sincerely and humbly apologize to Candiace and withdraw your stupid countersuit. That’s what an adult would do. Are you an adult, or a spoiled, belligerent, self-involved brat?

NP but i agree, I feel the statement was written as a defense of Monique in showing that this wasn't Monique coming out of no where and lashing on, Candiace has a long history of explosive behavior, and getting in other peoples faces, and threatening violence herself. It was a statement defending that, while Monique's response was wrong, it was a response to someone very emotionally explosive, not some random anger outburst from no where.
team ashley!

Anonymous wrote:I like Wendy for the group
She brings those degrees that set her apart from everyone with a good read
Plus right now she’s really Switzerland
Aside from her slight beef with Karen
Although Karen is the one that strings everyone together it might be nice to see someone call each and everyone out on their sh!t
I do think Wendy doesn’t have the shadiness those women have
Like she actually has a career to maintain

Ashley is bat sh!t and a snake
She’s not being a snake to tell the truth of her interactions with Candiace. If Candiace is afraid of the truth coming out, she needs to control her behavior.
