Judge Merchan appears to agree with defense that Cohen is a proven liar that lied on the stand, and that the prosecution has not connected Trump to any falsification of business records, but says he will reserve judgment on case dismissal until tomorrow morning.

Cohen would have been the perfect democrat for Congress. He would have fit right in.
Cohen was asked if he had a financial interest in the outcome of this trial, and he responded "Yes". Can someone explain what does that mean? Was he promised a position in DNC if Trump is convicted? Is he getting paid for testifying against Trump? I've never heard anyone to say that they have financial interest in the outcome of criminal trial. Civil - yes, but criminal?

As long as he is convicted, I don't care if he gets probation. In fact, probation would mean he we would have to have permission to do anything.
