Since you’re posing the question..why don’t you tell us your analysis.
My analysis is that management appears to be dysfunctional on multiple levels and has been for years.
They opted not to do due diligence on Burke and when concerns were brought to their attention anyway, chose to ignore them.
This is a business problem, but let's pretend it's about "wokeness."
Be objective. Is that all you took from the article?
I’m not saying you’re wrong. But there seems to be more in play

Let's not hire a white male because they are a white male....let's go get a <fill in the blank> instead. What happened to finding the best candidate (regardless of their race/sex/etc.)?
Nah. We've got social justice to combat and that's more important than that. Look at Angel City's hiring. Had to hire a woman coach. Thought of getting the assistant off the best club in the league was non-starter because he was a man. Vlato is going to be in the same situation soon if he doesn't keep the train rolling. It's sad but that's where we are.

Dorrance wasn’t canceled, but that doesn’t mean we should forget or simply excuse what he did because he didn’t lose his job as ranting implied.
What has he done that has you upset?
