+1 I am surprised by just the hostile tone towards FCPS on this post. I understand being anxious and wanting to know now. But delays happen and sometimes you can't give out live updates.

GBRS - which some parents got and others were told no. Another inconsistency.
2 Consistently Observed and 2 Frequently Observed on the GBRS. CO is the highest ranking, then FO. You don't want any occasionally observed. I think that is the third one.
