I have a new theory....

The publicist and agent dropped him because with #metoo, things like abuse, possible rape and all that no longer fly even for actors.

Armie got one of his friends to mess with this Effie lady. He pretended to big some major reporter with a big news and fed her some lies about the story. Maybe threatend to sue if she shared it. She reported something big was going to drop, just as they planned. Now she looks like a fool. It's easy to mess with her because despite all he has done, she still is obsessed with him.

People jump to conclusions and decide he is associated with the disappearance of women near where he helped his friend re-do a motel or something. He says silent and finally the authorities confirm he is NOT a suspect. Everyone looks foolish. He loves it. He thrives on all the drama and it is deflecting from what he actually did.

If it really was so juicy they won’t release it while the impeachment trial is happening. They won’t want competing major news.

It was Armie's grandfather who was allegedly insane. The great grandfather made all the money. According to his Aunt Casey, Armie's father duped the great grandfather into to signing over the grandfather and sister's inheritance all to him.

Plus at a certain level, money just makes enough more money that you can't outspend it.

So I am suspecting it must be something with women underage? His dad has oodles of money. I suspect they hired a team of top stories to kill the story or someone to scare to the reporter or something? They could buy and sell us all with their money. The dad has many skeletons too allegedly so it's in his best interest to protect the son.
