I listened to that podcast and never thought I'd say this, but she reminded me of my mother who decides to go off meds and have rage fits blaming other people for her emotional state. I had to learn to do what Craig did and turn it back on her rather than be someone's verbal punching bag and rescuer because I won't meet her every expectation. It's not cute to take out your rage issues on others even if you have some self-awareness and laugh as you share the story. She once said she knows she must be on meds to function in society or something like that....maybe she needs to listen to her old podcasts.

It was manipulative of her to drop the Al-anon thing which implies he is an addict again. She could have said she had those realizations in therapy, but basically while she seems to take accountability for her behavior, she is perhaps hoping we will blame him. I suspect he is moving away so they won't have the sane setup when they see the kids? Hope he isn't going the addiction path again. I wish him well.

I think people are tired of her brand of cutesy-tortured. With someone of her level of privilege, it starts to become draining. Sure, the tea of a broken marriage and lesbian romance with a super athlete is compelling, but after years of fame and success and still struggling with demons? We’ve all got our own demons to deal with, plus bills to pay. Her audience is getting smaller.

She's never been my cup of tea, even though I'm a lesbian her age. Just was never into her thing.

I wish her well, though.

My take is that Craig decided to drink despite a past history and she thinks it's terrible

It was a lot of vague talking about Craig's "choices" and "behaviors" that she implies will hurt his relationship with the kids and she just basically lost her shit on him on a call and then followed it up with a long text sent from her pantry. She is also now going to Al Anon. It's unclear if it's Craig drinking? Drugs? His relationship? There was some mention of a "different co-parenting structure" at one point. If I were Craig I would be PISSED if she were insinuating he has a drinking or drug problem or he really does have a problem and she disclosed it or if she's just jealous he is moving forward with a relationship? Idk. It was off the rails, even for her.

I think she’s extremely self-absorbed and clueless. I feel for her wife - Abby seems to have low self esteem and lets Glennon sh!T all over her.

I find her grift interesting only because so many people who society considers “smart” fall for it and enjoy it. I read a few paragraphs of her book and it was literally some of the most vapid nonsense I have ever seen. But she is very popular so kudos to her for getting rich off of women who are privileged yet depressed and foolish.
