They have no other cars?
There is no luxury minivan. For people who want the practicality of a van, their choices are fairly limited.
Yep Mackenzie Bezos drives a Honda Odyssey. She’s loaded but she’s also a single mom of four.
She is a broke striver. If she had real $$$ she'd be in an Audi Q7 or BMW X3.
You can’t fit four kids in an X3.

My parents are the same. My mom drives some kind of Toyota. My dad drives a Ford Pick Up. They have a gorgeous home. They spend money on travel, clothes, jewelry, ....and they give a lot to charity. Vehicles aren’t important to them. I’ve noticed the same in their wealthy friends. Driving flashy cars is more of a new money thing.
With a side of slavery.

It makes them feel better about driving a depressing piece of junk to pretend all nice cars are driven by stupid overextended broke people and all modest cars are driven by smart rich people. It’s hilariously sad. Just admit you can’t afford nice wheels. Jeez.

I’d call Kias cheap. Do rich people drive Kias?
+1
I would still drive a Honda/Toyota, etc. even if I was loaded because these brands LAST.
And I agree that Kias are the cheapest cars on the roads.
They basically scream out “I wish I had the means for a better brand - but this is all I can afford!”
