If you put Parnas/Fruman indictment, Dowd letter affirming Rudy and Parnas were working for Trump, and the Trump-Zelenskyy "transcript" together, it's hard to see how Trump's comments about Yovanovitch aren't part of conspiracy charged in the indictment.
You'll have to break it down for me. Why was she in the way?
Because she wouldn't facilitate Rudy's "work" when he would come to the Ukraine to dig up dirt on the Bidens. She wasn't playing ball.
OK. I'm just surprised they would go to those lengths just for leverage on a political rival. Is there something else Trump/Rudy are hiding? Profiteering/money laundering or something?

What kind of lawyer uses comic sans? Layer here. I know it’s a small thing. But come on. Times New Roman. Maybe Courier. You aren’t a middle school girl (says a woman who has one who thinks this don’t is cute). Just do it.

And Parnas (maybe Fruman too?) was supposed to be deposed by the House Intelligence Comm today for the impeachment inquiry.

So maybe SDNY is doing someone a favor?
But it isn't a constitutional crisis, right? Just business as usual?
I'm ready for barr to be disbarred and go to prison.
I posted this last comment, but now I am reading that their lawyer said they weren't planning to testify, and that they were about to get on a flight out of the US. So IDK what is going on. It is good they were arrested but I think they need to testify before congress. If they are in federal custody, can congress compel them to testify?

So the White House authorized an appointee to make the move.
These career staffers need to be deposed.
