I am confused, Lev Parnas had or has a company called FraudGuarantee claiming a $600M cap selling fraud insurance, but dodging creditors and trying to get into the retail pot business?

I posted this last comment, but now I am reading that their lawyer said they weren't planning to testify, and that they were about to get on a flight out of the US. So IDK what is going on. It is good they were arrested but I think they need to testify before congress. If they are in federal custody, can congress compel them to testify?

Sure. If they are in jail, the marshalls can deliver them to Congress. But DOJ can block the move.

She is not corrupt and they all are.
