The first round was whether Trump could be subpoenaed at all while in office. SC said yes, but the subpoena could be challenged on ordinary grounds (those you and I could use).
This round is whether the subpoena is enforceable. Second Circuit said yes. The subpoena is enforceable.
Read the article. It says they said Trump couldn’t block it, but that they would not enforce the subpoena.
