Also, did people miss the part about the lice combs being used by MULTIPLE kids? That is NOT OK.
The specific facility without toothbrushes and soap is 24 hour or less processing center.
My kids used the same lice comb. You have to clean it between uses. Have you read that they're moving from kid to kid w/o sanitizing the combs in boiling water?
they're sleeping on the floor, without soap, with the lights on, under aluminum blankets. do you honestly think the BPD staff are santitizing the combs with boiling water?
Don't roll your eyes at me. Answer the damn question instead of speculating.

If you treated your kids like this someone would call CPS. But you know that and are just trolling.

I say this with all sincerity - f off you soulless person. I seriously hope you don't consider yourself a Christian or religious Jew. I'm sure you'd love it if your 8 year old were sleeping on concrete, infested with lice with no way to get rid of them, no shower, no soap, lights on all night. I mean seriously, go f yourself and your f-ing word play.

I'll say it again: if your justification for government-sanctioned child abuse is that they crossed a line on a map, on rock floating in infinite space, you are failing as a human being. You just are.
Soulless. I'll take your criticism and raise you one: law-abiding.
Really? You’ve never even crossed against the light? Because in some jurisdictions that’s also a misdemeanor, and you therefore deserve to be locked in a cold cage without care or hygiene products for weeks. Tough but fair I guess.
This is a sad, desperate comparison. Entering a country illegally and jaywalking. Yeah, sure, totally comparable.![]()
Well according the law, dear Law Abiding citizen, they are, in fact, the same, but I’m not surprised you’re making excuses for yourself while demonizing others, even kids.

Anonymous wrote:If lice nuts are combed off they can’t reattach. So not a huge deal if they aren’t “sanitized” between combings.

What's not ok is trekking children thousands of miles across dangerous conditions to get a free ride.
it's not ok to try to enter the country illegally and expect to get in.
take it up with their parents. This is not the children's fault.
Also, you have no idea if they are all "illegal" or not. Presenting yourself for asylum is NOT illegal.
And how do you know they are looking for a free ride? Immigrants are majority hard working people who are grateful to be able to be here.
