This is a BS example. The kid was running around literally screaming his head off after dark on a quiet street. The neighbor couldn’t even see who it was. They called because of legitimate concern.
AND when the police arrived they were affable and good natured with the kid. Textbook example of how officers should respond.

Growing up in an 97% white UMC/ UC area as an AA, YES!! Now, in upper MC, kids love coming over. It is a good feeling to see kids of all races playing in our house.
