My partner's weight fluctuates and yes it makes me unattracted to him when he is heavier. And then he complains I do not want sex enough.

It's actually harder and less pleasant to have sex with him with his stomach in the way. It affects positioning, etc. Yes, I am less attracted to him as well, but it also just literally makes sex worse because his stomach is in the way.

Guy here - I’ve been married 22 years now and my hobbies (cycling, lifting, outdoor stuff) have kept me pretty fit. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been more than a week without sex. If sex is important to you, be a person someone would want to have sex with. Also, the sex has to be good - it has to be enjoyable for her or she’ll get tired of taking one for the team.

My husband was never thin but age changed his body and made his heaviness less attractive. He’s about 6 feet tall and right now around 235-240? I don’t think he’s ever been below 200 as an adult. And he’s built kind of like a lumberjack. Broad shouldered. Naturally strong. Great butt and legs. He’s a handsome man. BUT he has totally lost his neck. The stomach I could deal with. I’m not skinny. But the neck. He looks like his dad now at 50, and I hate it so much. And I hate having it. I’ve been on zepbound for the last year and lost 30 pounds and I’ve been suggesting he just try it. Because he tries to lose weight but it’s just so difficult. 20 pounds would make such a difference. I hate that I’m so shallow. But I am.

No I wouldn’t be attracted to him. Not sure about sex. I have no clue why, but thin tall men have always appealed to me.

DH gained about 30 pounds over 15 years of marriage. He got back to fighting weight recently and I and no more attracted than the other weight. I’ve always been attracted to him.

I see there are a lot of different takes here. My answer would be "it depends". I don't think I necessarily felt this way when I was younger, but now I do find myself to be attracted to bigger men. I do think the degree of overweight matters, but I think it depends on the individual person.

I like sex with my guy he's a big guy overall and a little overweight but I think he's sexy . Always have so I kinda get you.. he's also really , really good in bed

It truly is amazing. Every extra pound goes to the front of my body between my hips and about the armpit level. There is no evidence in my arms/legs/face/rear that I’ve gained any weight.

No, mine is skinny but very tall, as we age we are both getting a little thicker around the middle but still healthy, workout and are both still pretty thin but it still settles around the middle.
