Should drunk driving be one of the crimes that puts you at the top of the list for deportation? Should MoCo have cooperated with ICE on this guy back in 2015?
Yes and yes. Drunk driving should be one of those on the list. Chances are, if they are caught doing it once, it will happen again.
Montgomery county police does work with ICE. Why ICE decided not to deport him the 1st time is a question for ICE. MoCo police do not have the authority to "deport".
I think drunk driving should be deported and I think citizens should be jailed and taken away from their family for a while to feel the true impact of the crime.
Do you agree that drunk drivers should be deported and citizens should be jailed?
How exactly has Montgomery County been working with ICE???
Please link your source. Thank you.
Call the local police station and ask them. You don't know and need a link. Omfg. ICE agents are assigned to moco, and work with major crimes. Educate yourself.

Great way for any American criminal to escape justice by assuming a brand new identity! Just learn Spanish first, and forget your English.
...Is this correct?
Yes! Also, grow a mustache. That way the U.S. Government will NEVER recognize you!
You think this is a joke? Hope you don't have a ninth grade daughter in a Montgomery County School.
No, but anyone who seriously thinks it's that easy for a person--particularly a US citizen with a criminal record, as the PP suggested-- to assume a new identity and evade justice deserves to be made fun of.

Brock Turner (and a buddy) sodomized, vaginally & orally raped a 14-year-old in a bathroom at school while her classmates overheard her screaming?
