All 3 have been released.

The combined charges are:
-assault on a police officer
-carrying a gun without a license
-discharging a firearm
-fleeing from police
-reckless driving
-being in a vehicle with a firearm
-resisting arrest

All three of the defendants were released PR-HISP, which stands for Personal Recognizance - High Intensity Supervision Program.

So crime committed, arrested...and let go.

It's not the police.

Condolences to the soon-to-be victims.

Outrageous but not surprising.

The court is now in a rather public spat with outgoing police chief Lanier, who is (so far) being backed up by the Mayor.

I am willing to bet that at least one of these thugs gets arrested again before going to trial on the Mac-11/ shooting at police situation. These types of criminals won't stop until our criminal justice system steps in and stops them through incarceration.
