We don't talk anymore. It was an intense relationship and he started contacting me more when I got married so I cut him off.

Unless it was for religious reasons I would say it's a good definition of late bloomer.

I guess this depends on the person. I fell in love for the first time when I was 14. It was a big deal. I could have totally done it, but he was older and wouldn't touch me with a six-foot pole LOL

I don't think I'd regret it. Of course, there's no way to know.

I was 29 and engaged now married 20+ years. Not religious in the sense that that was why I waited. Religous in that I have a strong faith, actively practice that faith and bring my children up in that faith. Plus, I didn't really wait. DH was the first opportunity.

Hed had one other partner and we'd dated 14 months. Married 14 years, so it's stuck so far.
