What untimatly happened was unfortunate. But as of now, there is no proof of murder. Enough with the tabloid speculation.
Because said [white] "victim" would be home now enjoying whatever it is they celebrate after they scream on a cop for violating their rights.

+1. It's pretty interesting that none of DCUM realizes this reality.
lots of DCUM recognizes this reality and has said so forcefully against the racist idiots. I suggest you read the thread.

What I find completely interesting is that people will defend the right to wear semi-automatic weapons to Baja Fresh, which terrifies me. But they will claim that unarmed people are dangerous.
That poor woman was murdered. What is sad is that until you see that billion dollar wrongful death suit, no city or state will ever change. It's cheaper to keep paying chump change settlements (a million -- is peanuts people. This is a human life) than to do the hard work and professionalize law enforcement.

He has been restricted to desk duty for violations due to this arrest. And we are still hearing from people who somehow believe that a pissy ass attitude trumps violating citizens' legal rights and a dereliction of your duty as an officer. At some point we will need to wake to realize we need to do something about being afraid to die because the cop does not like our attitude when we assert our legal rights. A big mouth is not the problem.
Of course not and I don't think anyone is saying he was in the right, but a respectful attitude could have nipped the whole thing in the bud. She could have left with a ticket and disputed it in front of a judge, where, you know, she would not have been in danger of physical harm.
