But, I'm a little befuddled by Caitlyn's over the top feminity, provocative clothing and obsession with makeup. Based on what I've observed so far, Bruce seems more fixated on being a drag queen (or a Kardashian? Ya know, cake on the makeup, dress like a whore and seek out attention) rather than an authentic woman (like the rest of us).

She's learning how to be open with her femininity, for the first time. It's not to different than a lot of tweens & teenagers and young women, who constantly want to play the part of a grown woman - or look like one (or how they THINK a grown women looks like). It's a kind of healthy experimentation, which takes time to settle in to.

I think you can be tolerant of the way someone deals with their mental illness and still worry if that might be disturbing to children. It disturbs me and I think he should live however he wants.

Clearly you don't think she should live however she wants, since you're repeatedly denying acknowledging that "he" is in fact a she, now, and wishes to be acknowledges as 'She' going forward.

In my experience and no, this is not a generalization of all transgender people, it is just my experience of knowing several. MTF often go over the top, super feminine and idealization of a woman when they first transition. Take Gigi Gorgeous for instance. She went full barbie doll.

I feel bad for him. Too bad he didn't continue his transition when he was younger and wanted too. Now he has a "baby jane" look going on and that has to be hard for him.
