OT but what is this unicorn of a recipe site? There's no long story about how your grandmother made the meatballs and your pop pop made the tortellini ... and then they had a very good (or seemingly good) opt out for privacy protections.
I searched through the recipe directions and couldn't find the ingredients and quantities hidden in there. It's practically useless without that. /s
