We only get trash once a week, and the can has to go in my garage (townhouse). It stinks up my garage something terrible. When the stupid baggie is the only thing in there, it never comes out, either, even if the trash company uses the automatic arm (which they often don't).

So no, if you see my freshly emptied can at the curb because I haven't been home yet to put it away, no poop bags. And if you're in my neighborhood you know we only get trash once a week and what a jerk you're being.
