Any issues with Stars is the direct result of St James leadership and not any one person in the lacrosse program. They choose to keep fees high, reduce practice time, and pay coaches less. SW is no one's boss and has no say in anything to do with money. Less experienced coaches iwas our problem. That's why we left.

A majority of the invites for 2031 will go to BLC Blue and BLC Orange, BLC’s 2030 Orange Team folded so it likely changed the allocation of invites this year opening up slots for Stars, YJ, Pride, etc.
Too late. If you’re not on now, it is not happening.
You obviously don’t know how capital works. They won’t just take an entire team and name them blue. Show me any year in the last say 6 years they did that. They want the best talent period
If they are looking for the best talent, maybe they should think about inviting players from other clubs, not just BLC and Stars

i think there are talented girls on that club, but i don't know how that club is run.
Poorly and tons of playing favorites.
Is it still all parent coaching? the 29 team is talented. Did any of those girls try to make move over to Capital? It looks like they kept their core together. 3d's recruiting success has been on a giant down curve since 25'/26' and is more or less non existent now.
I know at least 1 made the jump to Cap Blue

BLC finished last year at #10. They will probably remain in that range this year after off season improvements.
Where did the BLC freshman mostly go?
Scattered between Orange, M&D DC, Skywalkers, and a few others.

She’s why we jumped ship! In hindsite, my dd wishes she had tried out for BLC bc now she feels like Capital is essentially locked down for the ‘30s and ‘31s
26 parent here. She ran that program into the ground and everyone knows it.

There are several tiny and / or slow girls on BLC 2030 who are unlikely to make Capital and girls on other local teams who are clearly better than these girls

The team is good, there are some girls on the team who are not
