Link? From what I’ve read there’s no time for that.

This is always theatre. Stop being played. They have more than enough time for a deal.

I would have agreed with you back in March...but now Schumer feels like he was played when he made that deal. Facing an angry base and a potential primary challenge from his left I don't see any compromise.

Schumer is making the decision to let federal workers go without pay for a few months vs. many millions of Americans going without health care coverage.

The Feds are a smaller contingent, so they are going to bear the brunt of this. God speed everyone.

Yeah, this. And the compromise will be: no ACA subsidies and further wrecking of our health care system.

How nice.

There's a very obvious compromise that I am shocked that the Dems aren't doing.

A clean CR in exchange for releasing the Epstein files!

Ah that is a good play but Trump’s DOJ will redact or remove Trump and other prominent Rep.

I sure hope so, but Schumer almost never fails to disappoint.

Wonderful news for America! Now we need to get the anti-woke Trumpists to move to Australia! Australia has become insanely WOKE!! And America cannot be friends with Australia with their woke Bluey cartoons. We must show them the real society with SpongeBob and Tom and Jerry.

I get an ACA subsidy. Are you saying I'm an illegal alien?

Illegal aliens? They’ve all been deported. Why the hatred of rural poor? They deserve healthcare.

I suppose they have to decide which is a higher price to pay: Working with Democrats and making some concessions now, or getting rid of the filibuster and seeing eventual DC statehood among many other disasters for them.
