But yeah, fake boobs look and feel fake. Sorry not sorry. If they make you feel good about yourself good, but don’t ignore reality to live in delusion.
They look fake to you. To 99% of women and men they look natural. That’s the reality and experience of many women with small breast implants. Even medical professionals can’t tell.

In 15-20 years when they need to be replaced you fa e a major surgery in your late 50s to late 60s, either replacement or removal. The risks for that will be double your risks today.

I'm an RN. I've seen lots of naked bodies over my career. Implants that are done well look fine at any age. Bad implants look bad at any age. It's not an age question. It's a question of getting a good surgeon.

Women (and in some cases men) do all kinds of things to their bodies to try and avoid signs of aging. They try to erase aging on the outside but eventually she catches up anyways. To many youth is what is beautiful so the more they can surgically or cosmetically recreate youth on their bodies, the better they feel. You see it on social media all the time, middle aged women commenting on how they get mistaken for their daughter’s sister or they get ID’d or everyone is shocked they are old enough to have a teen etc. For many women, there is a strong anxiety and fear of aging, they want to pretend they are still 20s/30s so they alter their bodies as best they can to replicate a younger body.
Speak for yourself. My 5 ft 2, 105 lb 53 yo wife has perfect boobs and never had any surgery. Genetics are the factor here.

The youngest is 7 so I think I’ve given my body enough of a chance to “bounce” back and the boobs are just not budging. I’m in great shape otherwise.
I would love to get conservative implants, just so my clothes fit the way they used to. I don’t even necessarily want a bigger bra size, I just want more fullness.
DH thinks this is crazy. He thinks anyone wanting plastic surgery is vain and almost mentally ill. It’s not a financial issue.
WWYD?

I’m a professional woman with high income and nice implants. I love when men call me “babe” !
