There is a long list of California celebrities paying over 100k a month in child support. She'll lawyer up too if she hasn't already
While his wife can certainly make claim in California, we have no idea if his baby mama is in that state.
If she's smart, she's talking to attorneys about what state is most generous and then establishing residency before filing anything

Also why the announcement? such poor taste. the baby does not need this hate media storm surrounding her. We all know Grohl did this to get ahead of the narrative in terms of PR and this in fact is not a loving father's birth announcement. That is curious tho? why did he have to get ahead of this? who was going to leak it? the mother? that is not good for the kid. If she was going to leak it- then she is only after money cause a Mom would not do that to her kid. Perhaps he was not going to pay and that was the only recourse was court. which everyway you slice this people are acting like scum. Poor baby.

I don't know his current beliefs, but at one point Grohl was an HIV Truther who spoke publicly and often about how he would not use condoms.

The conspiracy was basically that HIV does not cause AIDS, and that the drugs being given for AIDS were really poison meant to trick people into thinking AIDS was deadly. It was extremely galaxy-brained, but Foo Fighters were super vocal about it and probably hurt a lot of folks in the process.

Staying in a toxic marriage is bad for kids. And whether people like it or not, infidelity hurts kids. It damages their trust, affects their self esteem, and sets the stage for their own f-d up relationships. Sometimes divorce is a good thing. Hope Jordyn leaves him, gets her $$$$, and lives in peace.

Some PR / crisis comms consultant wrote that post on instagram. He has undoubtedly cheated on his wife - and ultimately, his family - so many times. He just got caught this time. Chances are the mother of the baby lined up a lawyer and there was a paternity test … he didn’t come clean just cause he felt bad.
This was my takeaway too
oh for sure. its really none of our business but someone was going to spill the beans so his PR team got ahead of that.

But he’s a rockstar not some neighborhood schmuck. Magazine articles, interviews and book deals are possibilities for the baby mama. We don’t even know if she’s in the U.S. so don’t assume that.
