You got that right. I just got a text from my “incensed” father in Georgia. A lifelong democrat who said he’s “done with the corruption” and is voting for Trump. Never voted for a Republican that I can remember
Yes, I am sure a life long democrat who voted twice against Trump, followed this trial and found Trump was witch-hunted.
Please.
Nobody knows what will happen with this.
Bill Clinton was not convicted of felonies, it was a completely different scenario because it was basically about an affair, which was forgiven for Trump many times over.
Independent voters do not like the idea of a felon for president, and the fact that it was a jury verdict has a very different sway.

Just another data point for you who believe this “helps” a sinking Joe Biden.
This was going to happen. Doubt it's any new donors.
Sure. You keep telling yourself that.

It’s not just this trial, which yes he did seem to follow with some odd interest. I think the trial was the last straw.

Just as obvious as all the predictions here about acquittal I suppose.
People were being naively optimistic, but it was pretty obvious as the judge would make rulings and the venue/where the jury pool came from that this wasn’t going to be a fair trial.

Criminal and jail time possible but legal experts say very unlikely even if he weren’t a former President.
Trump faces four years in prison per each of the 34 counts.
All the charges are the same 4
Years max
