No one cares. I’ve seen Richmond on resumes that have crossed my desk. I’m never impressed.

Seems like both are good but not great schools with nice weather where kids have fun and can get decent jobs or get into decedent grad schools if they have good grades. Agree? Disagree?
Disagree. Just look at the test score ranges on the most recent CDS's from both schools. The 25th percentile at Richmond is higher than the 75th percentile at Elon. You're right that kids from both schools (and from schools like Roanoke and Lynchburg, for that matter) can end up in decent jobs and decent grad schools. But it's also a fact that Richmond is a much better school and brings in a much more accomplished student body. Two things can be true at once.
Higher stat kids doesn’t make Richmond a “much better school”
DP but I think it does... not to mention their massive endowment. Richmond is a pretty great school.
Elon is a great school as well. People don’t need to put down school A in order to bolster / boost school B.
Great school? I don't know any "great" schools that accept the majority of applicants. What's the point of going to a school whose student body is a close reflection of the general public?
Not every kid is going to an Ivy and that’s totally fine. Why is that so offensive to you?
And the bolded comment is bizarre.
