I don't think she was pretty at all. Blonde and sort of trim, yes. But not pretty. However, to me what is more important is that she raised three children who encouraged so much damage to our country and that's what is ugliest.

I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt on the kids. Thinking of people I grew up with... there was always a lot of distortion, parental favoritism, and damage when dad is significantly wealthier and has money that can be used to manipulate children. Thinking of so many friends whose moms were uneducated housewives at the time of divorce and the dad used his money to manipulate the children.

Not beautiful by today’s standards, but she had the body, cheekbones and visibility needed in those days. The photos of young Ivanka that are emerging are interesting — she has had so much work done.

I think she was very pretty, with striking eyes. Not model pretty, and I think she looked better as a brunette (but most bottle blondes do, IMHO, including her daughter).

Agreed that her immigration story is beyond fishy. Which is really no one's business except for the hypocrisy. And the fact that it really does make it seem like the Russians have been working him as a potential asset since the 1980s. The Stasi really had insanely creative intelligence and counter-intelligence operations going on -- far more intricate than what the KGB was running, because there was more contact with the West and more risk in Eastern Europe.
