The scene in Atonement that alternates between Keira Knightley and James McAvoy as they dress for dinner and he types the letter to her. Perfection.

sigh 2025 until season 8!

Any other recommendations similar in nature so I can live vicariously through smitten fictional characters?

Oh man I loved this trilogy! I saw all of them as they came out and it was so great having to wait those nine years in between!

Same here! I am also about the same age as them and my life had so many parallels with each of the movies. Last year was another 9 years since the last one, and I was so hoping that they will make the forth one, but alas… Well, there is still a possibility…

These are all PG…

Out of Africa - Meryl Streep and Robert Redford dancing

The Way We Were - Robert Redford and what’s her name reconciling after their big fight

The Long Hot Summer - Paul Newman and his wife, several romantic looks

Dawsons Creek - Pacey admitting he loves Joey while bringing her home from a college visit

Emma 2020 - the waltz

Little Women - the three kisses mentioned upthread (and definitely NOT the Meg/tutor kiss)

Gigi - several moments when the guy starts falling in love with Leslie Caron

I haven't seen any Leslie/Ben from Parks and Rec scenes listed yet! Several that come to mind, but my favorite is when they have admitted their feelings to each other, Leslie is worried about compromising her job, and they bump into each other in the office and just have to kiss.

One of my favorite tv proposals was when Ben proposed to Leslie at the house. I think because it totally caught me off guard.

Also, the Jim and Pam gas station proposal.

When Roy Kent from Ted Lasso made the "Roy Is Sorry for Not Understanding Keeley" playlist and instantly became boyfriend of the year.
