Guy should be angry with himself. He ordered a smoothie online from a place with peanuts that is staffed with teenagers. Be a better parent and make smoothies at home for your child with a severe allergy. Or at the very least be present at the store when it’s made so you can see the ingredients.

of course, they glossed over the fact that he told them to "not put in peanut butter", but didn't say that the person had a severe peanut allergy. If you have such a severe peanut allergy, you explicitly state *severe peanut allergy*.

Of course, you can! That's called a customer complaint. If he wanted to figure out what happened he should have walked in, asked to speak to the manager and formulated his issue without screaming and screeching.
The dude is a douchebag, and I somehow think he would have cursed at any employee behind that counter, including a 'white Chistian' person.

Really? I've learned that if you are white, you can threaten, menace, scream and refuse to leave, throw things, and try to force your way into an employees only area and the only thing that will happen is the police will be called. If he was black he would have been shot 18 times over for being intimidating and making those girls fear for their lives.

When you are reacting, in the moment, to a specific situation where something is life-threatening, yeah, aggression is understandable. But, this situation wasn't like that. There had to have been at least 15 minutes from the time this entitled asshat realized there were peanut contamination in the smoothie to the time he arrived back at the store. In that moment, his kid's life was not threatened. He was only a dysregulated, privileged asshat. The racial slurs were just icing on the cake.

This is a TOTAL lie. First, he should not have brought his son there and also he should have told them he has a peanut allergy. Hold the PB and no peanuts is not enough. In addition to being a complete a**, he's a horrible dad. When my DC1 had a reaction, we had to stay in the hospital for 4 hours, so there's no way the boy was hospitalized if he came back after 20 minutes. All lies.

These places are not operating rooms with sanitized equipment, peanut dust is everywhere. So just don't bring your 'severely allergic' Cayden in - or shut up.
